Reelette is in development. Google Play availability is coming soon, and there is no public download link yet. The app-related practices below describe the service when released. This website provides information and support; it does not accept uploads, generate media, process purchases, or collect waitlist registrations.

This notice explains how Reelette handles creative inputs and outputs for image-to-video creation, text-to-video generation, video templates, and AI image creation.

AI generation runs on self-hosted models and generation servers operated by us. We do not send creative inputs, outputs, or related generation context to third-party AI services.

We do not use any user data, personal information, prompts, uploaded content, generated outputs, or support attachments to train any AI model, including general-purpose AI and foundation models.

Prompts, uploaded input images, and generated images and videos are automatically deleted from Reelette-operated generation servers no later than 36 hours after creation. Save results you wish to keep before that availability window ends.

1. Features and Scope

This notice covers image-to-video creation, text-to-video generation, video templates, and AI image creation in Reelette: AI Video Generator. The information used depends on the feature and settings you select.

The website introduces these features and provides support. Visiting a page does not upload an image or start a generation.

Reelette is operated by DEVLIN FUNDING GROUP, LLC. Read this notice together with the general Privacy Policy.

  • Privacy Policy

2. Information Used for Generation

Submitting an image does not give the generation service access to every photo in your library. Do not include information that is unnecessary for the creative request.

  • Selected input images for features that use an image
  • Text prompts, template choices, and generation settings you submit
  • Generated images and videos, previews, creation identifiers, timestamps, and task status
  • Account or session identifiers needed to deliver the request and administer applicable access
  • Limited request, device, error, and security information needed for operation, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention

3. Your Choice and Permissions

Generation begins when you choose a supported feature, provide the relevant inputs or settings, and submit a request in the app.

Review any feature notice and device-permission request before proceeding. A library permission is separate from choosing a particular image to upload.

Manage permissions through device settings. Refusing a permission needed by a feature may prevent it from working. Separate consent is requested where required; general acceptance of policies does not replace it.

4. Self-Hosted Processing

Reelette uses self-hosted AI models and generation servers operated by us. Prompts, input images, generated images and videos, and generation context are not sent to third-party AI services.

The app communicates with our generation servers over the internet. Self-hosting describes who operates the AI service; it does not mean entirely on-device processing or offline generation.

Non-AI infrastructure may support delivery, storage, security, accounts, and support under the Privacy Policy. Those arrangements do not authorize third-party AI processing of creative data.

5. Purposes of Processing

We process creative inputs to perform the requested feature, return outputs and task status, and provide temporary access to the result.

Related information may be used to troubleshoot the request, respond to support, secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

These purposes do not permit using user data to train models. Access is limited to what is needed for the relevant operational purpose.

6. No Training with User Data

We do not use any user data, personal information, prompts, uploaded content, generated outputs, or support attachments to train any AI model, including general-purpose AI and foundation models.

This commitment covers all user data, not only selected uploaded images. It also covers information retained for necessary support, billing, security, or legal purposes.

Using information to deliver a requested generation or investigate a service issue does not change this no-training commitment.

7. Photos and Face-Related Safeguards

Photos are visual inputs for your selected creative feature. Reelette does not perform facial recognition, extract facial-geometry data, create biometric identifiers, or identify a person by their face.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit an image, including another person's likeness. Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive harmful impersonations, or other unlawful content.

Generated appearances may be inaccurate or unexpected. Review outputs before sharing and respect the privacy and rights of people depicted.

8. The 36-Hour Content Window

Prompts, uploaded input images, and generated images and videos are automatically deleted from Reelette-operated generation servers no later than 36 hours after creation. Save results you wish to keep before that availability window ends.

Temporary storage supports delivering the result and the related request. Reelette does not provide a permanent archive of creative media.

The limit applies to content on generation servers. Limited account, billing, purchase, refund, tax, security, support, dispute, restricted backup, and legal records may follow separate necessary retention periods. They are not used to train AI models.

An image deliberately sent in a support conversation is a support attachment, not a new generation submission. Support correspondence follows its stated purpose and retention rules.

Media exported to your device, backups, shared destinations, or independent services is controlled separately. A purchase does not extend generation-server retention.

  • Other records and retention
  • Support correspondence

9. Account Deletion and Data Requests

Open Personal Settings in the app, choose account deletion, review the notice, and confirm. You can also request deletion by emailing support@reelette.org, including if you cannot access the app.

A confirmed request removes account personal information and associated content from active systems, subject to limited lawful retention. We may ask for proportionate verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.

You may request deletion of particular information or support correspondence without closing the entire account. Identify the information and request scope.

  • Account deletion instructions
  • Privacy rights

10. Exporting and Sharing

You decide whether to save or share a result using available app or device controls. Check the output and relevant rights before publishing it.

A copy you send to another app, service, or person is handled under that destination's own rules. We cannot delete copies held only by you or an independent recipient.

Review generated media before treating it as factual or using it commercially. AI outputs may contain errors or resemble other content.

11. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable safeguards and access restrictions appropriate to service operation. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be processed where our systems and non-AI operational providers operate. Appropriate safeguards apply to transfers where required by law.

International infrastructure does not change the commitments to no third-party AI processing and no training with user data. Read the Privacy Policy for rights, recipients, and request handling.
