This website provides information and support; it does not accept uploads, generate media, process purchases, or collect waitlist registrations.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the agreement between you and DEVLIN FUNDING GROUP, LLC, the operator of Reelette ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning this website, Reelette: AI Video Generator, and related services.
Read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the AI Data Privacy notice before using the Services. Use only features available to you and follow the conditions shown before a purchase.
Prices are not published on this website. The app and the purchasing platform show the available products, price, currency, included access or credits, and purchase conditions before you confirm a transaction.
1. Services and Scope
Reelette provides image-to-video creation, text-to-video generation, video templates, and AI image creation. Features, compatibility, and availability may change as the app develops.
The Android application package is org.reelette.app. Google Play availability is coming soon; there is no public download link yet.
This website presents product information, support, and policies. It does not offer browser generation, upload collection, checkout, or waitlist registration.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You must meet the applicable age and legal-capacity requirements to use the Services and authorize a purchase. Obtain parental or guardian permission where required.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to act for it. You remain responsible for the content and requests you submit.
Do not use the Services where prohibited by applicable law or marketplace restrictions.
3. Accounts and Security
Provide accurate information where an account or purchase requires it and keep access credentials secure. Do not share authentication codes or use another person's account without authorization.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may apply proportionate checks to protect accounts, verify purchases, or investigate misuse. Do not bypass authentication, usage limits, or security controls.
4. Permission to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms and applicable purchase conditions, we grant you limited permission to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.
This permission does not transfer ownership of Reelette's software, branding, templates, or other materials. Additional asset or marketplace conditions may apply when disclosed.
Do not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Services beyond what applicable law or an express license permits.
5. Your Inputs and Permissions
You retain any rights you already hold in the content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use an image, likeness, prompt, or other material and to authorize the requested processing.
You give us permission to process submitted content as needed to provide the requested feature, deliver results, support the request, protect service operation, and meet legal obligations, subject to the published privacy and retention commitments.
Do not submit content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Obtain permission before using another person's image when required.
We do not use any user data, personal information, prompts, uploaded content, generated outputs, or support attachments to train any AI model, including general-purpose AI and foundation models.
6. Generated Outputs
AI-generated media can contain mistakes, distortions, unexpected details, or content similar to material generated for someone else. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Review every result before relying on it, sharing it, or using it commercially. You are responsible for checking the rights, permissions, disclosures, and platform rules relevant to your use.
We do not guarantee that an output qualifies for copyright protection or that it is free from third-party rights. Any rights you may have depend on applicable law and the relevant materials.
Do not present generated content as authentic evidence or mislead others about its origin where that would cause harm or violate applicable requirements.
7. Acceptable Use
We may restrict requests or access when needed to investigate suspected misuse, protect users, or comply with applicable obligations. Contact support to report harmful or infringing use.
- Do not create or distribute unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Do not impersonate people deceptively, commit fraud, harass or threaten others, or violate their privacy or other rights.
- Do not submit malicious files, attack infrastructure, evade safeguards, or interfere with another user's access.
- Do not bypass payment, account, access, or usage controls, or manipulate transaction and refund records.
- Do not use the Services for conduct prohibited by applicable law or the relevant distribution platform.
8. Prices and Purchases
Prices are not published on this website. The app and the purchasing platform show the available products, price, currency, included access or credits, and purchase conditions before you confirm a transaction.
A purchase requires your confirmation through the available purchasing platform. Review the total charge, taxes where applicable, duration, included features or credits, and any renewal or expiry conditions before confirming.
We do not publish a price list or sell products through this website. Review Reelette's current purchase screen for the conditions of a specific product.
Purchase availability, price, and currency may vary by market or platform. The conditions presented for the specific transaction govern, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
9. Subscriptions, If Offered
If a subscription is offered, the purchase screen and marketplace show the billing period, renewal conditions, included access, and any trial or introductory terms before you subscribe.
A subscription that is disclosed as automatically renewing continues under those conditions until renewal is canceled through the purchasing platform. Review the renewal date and cancellation instructions in that account.
Deleting your Reelette account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a marketplace subscription. Cancel renewal separately when you want to stop future charges.
Canceling renewal and receiving a refund are separate actions. Access after cancellation depends on the purchase conditions and any approved refund or reversal.
10. Credits and Paid Access, If Offered
If a feature uses credits or another paid entitlement, review the in-app description for the quantity, eligible uses, consumption, replenishment, validity, and any membership requirement.
Any validity period, rollover rule, or membership requirement is shown with the relevant product conditions before you buy.
A confirmed refund, reversal, or invalidated purchase may cause the associated entitlement to be reduced or removed. Entitlement corrections and monetary refunds are separate actions.
Paid access or an unused balance does not extend the 36-hour generation-content retention window.
11. Refunds and Purchase Problems
Use the refund process of the platform that billed the purchase. We honor approved marketplace refunds and update the associated purchase or paid access after confirmation.
Eligibility depends on the purchase, platform rules, timing, and applicable law. No provision here excludes a mandatory consumer remedy.
Contact support about missing access, a failed generation, a duplicate charge, or an approved refund not reflected in the app. Provide an order or task reference where available without sending sensitive payment credentials.
12. Privacy and AI Processing
Our Privacy Policy and AI Data Privacy notice describe processing, recipients, permissions, rights, and retention. Acknowledging these Terms does not replace separate consent where required.
Generation runs on self-hosted models and generation servers operated by us, with no third-party AI services. The app connects to those servers over the internet.
We do not use any user data, personal information, prompts, uploaded content, generated outputs, or support attachments to train any AI model, including general-purpose AI and foundation models.
We do not perform facial recognition, extract facial-geometry data, or create biometric identifiers.
13. Saving Creations and Retention
Prompts, uploaded input images, and generated images and videos are automatically deleted from Reelette-operated generation servers no later than 36 hours after creation. Save results you wish to keep before that availability window ends.
Reelette is not a permanent archive. Export results you wish to retain while they remain available and protect copies stored on your device or shared elsewhere.
The generation-server limit is separate from necessary account, billing, security, support, restricted backup, and legal records, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
We cannot remove a copy held only on your device or by an independent recipient. You must manage those copies separately.
14. Account Closure
You can request account deletion in Personal Settings or by emailing support@reelette.org. Review the deletion notice and any pending purchase or access questions before confirming.
Account deletion removes access to the account and its associated service functions, subject to limited lawful data retention. Contact support about unresolved purchase issues.
Account deletion does not itself cancel marketplace renewal or issue a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Availability and Changes
The Services may be unavailable during maintenance, network issues, errors, or events beyond our reasonable control. Generation times and results can vary.
We may change or discontinue features and apply necessary access limits, subject to applicable law, disclosed purchase commitments, and any required notice or remedy.
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, harmful use, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken.
16. Marketplaces and External Services
App marketplaces, payment services, and destinations you choose for exported content operate under their own terms and policies. Their independent decisions and records are outside our control.
External links are provided for relevant information and support. A link does not mean that Reelette operates that service or guarantees its availability.
Operational providers and marketplaces do not change our commitment not to send creative inputs or outputs to third-party AI services.
17. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, a particular creative result, or suitability for every intended use.
Generated content is not professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. Independently review information before relying on it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Responsibility and Liability
Each party remains responsible for its conduct under applicable law. You are responsible for the permissions and lawful use of content you submit, publish, or share.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account, your failure to save temporary outputs, independent third-party services, or uses of outputs that you have not appropriately reviewed.
Any limitation is subject to applicable law. These Terms do not exclude liability or mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded.
19. Disputes and Applicable Rights
Rights and disputes are subject to the laws and jurisdiction rules applicable to the operator, user, and transaction. Mandatory protections in your location remain unaffected.
Contact support with the relevant facts so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent access to a court, regulator, marketplace complaint process, or another available remedy.
These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration.
20. Updates and Contact
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes are communicated where required, and new purchase conditions are presented before the relevant transaction.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not automatically a waiver of it.
